Do you offer cakes and cupcakes?

Yes! While cookies are our specialty, The Baking House also offers selected cakes, cupcakes, brownies and other sweet treats. Please email to order for more information.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is available to selected Sydney suburbs for an additional fee.

Where are you located?

We are a home-based bakery in Panania, NSW. Our exact pickup details will be provided when your order is confirmed.

How should I store my cookies?

For the best experience, store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature and enjoy them fresh.

If you'd like your cookies warm and gooey, you can gently warm them before serving.

How long do the cookies last?

Our cookies are best enjoyed fresh, but they can be stored in an airtight container for several days. For the best texture and flavour, we recommend enjoying them as soon as possible.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Yes. Our products contain allergens including wheat/gluten, milk, egg and soy, with some flavours also containing hazelnuts.

We bake in a kitchen where allergens are present and therefore cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Do you cater for food allergies or intolerances?

We take allergies seriously; however, because our kitchen handles multiple allergens, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Please review our allergy information before ordering.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been prepared or production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
